By accessing or using the Suits of Law website (suitsoflaw.com), any associated applications, or our social media platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Suits of Law.
Suits of Law provides an attorney directory and marketing platform that: (a) maintains a searchable directory of personal injury attorneys who have paid to be featured; (b) showcases attorney settlements and verdicts on social media and our website; (c) accepts and publishes attorney-submitted content including photos, case results, and biographical information; (d) allows users to leave reviews and ratings of attorneys; (e) provides paid advertising and sponsored placement in search rankings; and (f) offers collab video content packages to attorney clients.
Suits of Law does not: provide legal advice or legal services; verify the accuracy of attorney case results beyond what is self-reported; guarantee that any attorney listed will provide competent representation; make referrals as defined under state bar referral rules; or accept fees for referring clients to attorneys. We are an advertising and directory platform only.
Attorneys who submit content to Suits of Law ("Submitting Attorneys") agree to the following by completing the submission form and checking all authorization boxes:
(a) Content License: Submitting Attorneys grant Suits of Law a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from all submitted materials — including but not limited to name, firm name, photograph, likeness, settlement amounts, case descriptions, and biographical information — across all media and channels now known or later developed, including Instagram, website, email, and marketing materials.
(b) Accuracy Warranty: Submitting Attorneys represent and warrant that all submitted information is truthful, accurate, and not misleading; that they have the right to submit the content; that the content does not violate any applicable laws, bar association rules, or third-party rights; and that all settlement results shown are actual results obtained in real cases.
(c) Bar Rule Compliance: Submitting Attorneys are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with their state bar association's rules on attorney advertising, including but not limited to ABA Model Rules 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and applicable state equivalents. Suits of Law is not responsible for verifying compliance with attorney advertising regulations.
(d) Disclaimer Requirements: All featured content will include the disclaimer: "Results may vary. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome." Submitting Attorneys consent to this disclaimer appearing on all published content.
(e) Moderation Rights: Suits of Law reserves the right to edit, modify, decline, remove, or take down any submitted content at our sole discretion, without refund, if we determine the content violates these Terms, applicable law, or our standards.
Single Settlement Post ($349): A one-time, non-refundable fee for the creation and publication of a single settlement feature post. Payment is due at the time of submission. Publication is contingent upon content review and approval.
Monthly Collab Package ($3,500/month): A recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time by contacting submit@suitsoflaw.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months. The first month's fee is non-refundable.
Collab Invite Requirement: For collab video packages, after payment is confirmed, the attorney or their firm must send an Instagram collab invite to @suitsoflaw for each video. Failure to send the collab invite does not entitle you to a refund, as the production and scheduling work has already begun.
Advertising & Sponsorship Fees: Sidebar advertising, sponsored ranking placements, and custom packages are available at rates determined by Suits of Law. All advertising fees are non-refundable once a campaign has begun.
Search Ranking: Paid sponsors receive elevated placement in search results as described on the Platform. Ranking positions are not guaranteed to remain static, as new sponsors may affect relative positioning. All sponsors receive at least their designated tier placement (Platinum, Gold, or Silver).
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Suits of Law does not store credit card information. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication with Suits of Law may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
All fees paid to Suits of Law are non-refundable except in the following limited circumstances: (a) we are unable to publish your content within 14 business days of receiving all required materials and payment, or (b) we determine at our sole discretion that a technical error resulted in a duplicate charge.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to submit@suitsoflaw.com within 7 days of the issue arising. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
Users may submit reviews and star ratings of attorneys listed on the Platform. By submitting a review, you represent that: (a) your review is based on your genuine experience; (b) it is truthful and not defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent; (c) you are not affiliated with or employed by the attorney being reviewed; (d) you are not submitting a fake, incentivized, or manufactured review; and (e) you grant Suits of Law a perpetual license to display the review.
Suits of Law reserves the right to remove, moderate, or decline to publish any review at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for the content of user reviews. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), Suits of Law is not liable for user-generated content posted on the Platform.
SUITS OF LAW IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PRACTICE LAW. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or an attorney-client relationship. The information provided on this Platform is for general informational purposes only. Attorney listings, settlement amounts, and case results are provided for marketing purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of similar outcomes.
Suits of Law does not make referrals as defined by state bar fee-splitting and referral regulations. We do not receive referral fees from attorneys for sending them clients. Our revenue comes from flat-fee advertising, directory listings, and content production services.
Past case results shown on this Platform do not guarantee similar outcomes. Every legal case is unique and results depend on the specific facts, applicable law, and other factors. You should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before making any legal decisions.
Attorneys using our Platform are solely responsible for compliance with their state bar association's advertising rules and all applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to compliance with: ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct Rules 7.1 (Communications Concerning a Lawyer's Services), 7.2 (Advertising), 7.3 (Solicitation of Clients), and all applicable state equivalents; FTC guidelines on testimonials and endorsements (16 C.F.R. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from our Platform content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable regulations.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; (c) submit fake reviews or ratings; (d) impersonate any attorney, firm, or person; (e) attempt to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download attorney data; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (h) use the Platform to spam or harass attorneys or users; (i) violate any applicable state or federal law; or (j) use the Platform in any way that could damage the reputation of Suits of Law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUITS OF LAW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, EVEN IF SUITS OF LAW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUITS OF LAW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SUITS OF LAW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suits of Law and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (e) your violation of the rights of any third party; or (f) any attorney advertising content you submit that violates applicable bar rules or regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action. You expressly waive the right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California to prevent irreparable harm.
